Gush for LUSH

My boss finds all these cool things....her latest is a company called LUSH USA. It is a company that sells handmade cosmetic products and fragrances. They make them fresh by hand using little or no preservative or packaging, using only vegetarian ingredients.

That isn't really what intrigued me the most.....my boss ordered the shampoo, it looked like a small bar of soap. It is supposed to last up to TWO months. All you do is wipe the bar of shampoo on your head and voilá, it instantly lathers your head with suds! The products are adorable too. Not to mention they have a store at the Mall of America! Get ready because I am coming!

Email Chatter

I always tell James he is a man of many words....and I mean that in the most sarcastic way possible. ninety-nine percent of the time when I do email him I get one word responses which kind of kills me, for instance:

Jana: How is the one I love doing today?
James: Good.

That's it. Nothing more the.rest.of.the.day. How about another for instance:

Jana: Do you want to go to a movie on friday? Which one?
James: Sure. Doesn't matter.

Yep, man of many words.

But then I get emails from him out of nowhere that make my heart skip a beat and are so unexpected....today for instance:

Subject line: How are you doing today hun?

James: I'm excited to see you tonight!
Jana: Why?
James: because you are my wife and I am always excited to see you.
Jana: Well then I am excited to see you too
James: and because you are amazing and I totally need to tell you that more:)

Ain't he a beaut?!

Our newest addition to the Walbruch household. We welcome Oscar. Well actually the piano is a George Steck, but whatever. The best part of all about this is that we got him on Craigslist. We definitely found a treasure. To think that she was selling Oscar for 200 dollars is really ludicrous but I wasn't going to fight with the woman. Her loss is my gain...that is my motto.

We got it tuned and Oscar is good to go for the year. He has plenty of life still left in him considering he was just born in 2009. I am thrilled to start back up on the keys again.....wish me luck:)
